Who is Upgrade to Scale for?

I am a speaker. How is this different from a speaker bureau?
We are not a bureau. We do not represent or book you. We build the brand, positioning, and content system so that bureaus, buyers, and stages come to you. Many of our speaker clients work with us alongside one or more bureaus.
Which service should I start with?
We recommend starting with a free strategy call. A Power Session is the move when one specific decision is stuck. Elevate is the signature engagement: we lock your positioning and build your first month of content with you. A VIP Day is a full one-to-one intensive for the biggest lever in your business.
How long does an engagement take?
A Power Session is two hours plus two weeks of async follow-up. Elevate is a six-month program: positioning locked and your first month of content built with you, then you run the system yourself with community and live group sessions behind you through month six. A VIP Day is one full day plus thirty days of support.
Do you guarantee bookings or results?
No serious strategist will. What we guarantee is a clear diagnosis, the right lever, and a system that compounds when you work it. Results depend on execution and fit, which is exactly why we start with a free call.
What does a strategy call cost?

Do you work with clients outside Sweden?
Yes. Most of our work is international and remote. Stockholm is home base, but we work with experts and speakers across Europe, the UK, and North America.
